Rear sprocket type codes are added to the end of the part number. Then add tooth size.

Example: 436ZB - 39

436 is part number ZB indicates Cat5 Blue 39 represents tooth size

FRONT STEEL SPROCKETS

Precision manufactured and induction hardened to precise tolerance to improve concentricity and provide a stronger, quieter and longer-lasting sprocket. Zinc plated to resist corrosion and provide the factory works look. Drilled lightening holes to reduce rotating mass.

The Vortex aluminum rear sprock-et is the standard in the race industry. More AMA Superbike riders trust the proven design than any other sprocket. The tight tolerances and unique tooth design have continued to make Vortex the industry standard.

THE F5 BLACK HARDCOAT

The F5 PTFE Black Hardcoat is built for endurance. The F5 is hard anodized with a jet black dye. We then coat the sprocket with PTFE for added lubricity. Special order only.

The Cat5

series sprockets are unlike any other. We utilize the same proven Vortex design with a color anodize that ex-cludes our sweeps, mud grooves teeth. Special order only.

Oversize sprockets available from 55 to 66 teeth are special order and non-refundable.
